Here are some of therapy stretches they gave me that really helped https://www.nyspine.com/blog/sciatica-stretches-you-can-do-in-bed/. If you're having trouble sleeping, a pillow between your legs (side sleeper) or under your thighs (back sleeper) can really help. I really hope you get to feeling better soon, I know how awful that is!
