【ご注意】私の著作物の取り扱いに関して
Added 2021-01-23 17:15:28 +0000 UTCTumblrおよび海外の支援サイト「Patreon」内において、私が過去に描いた心臓を「素材」として改変して自作に使用し、パトロンを募る事案を目に致しました。
基本、営利目的でない限り（そして他者の著作物を悪意を持って侵害するものでない限り）過去の創作物に関してはGIF化したりコラージュに用いるのは『黙認』というスタンスを取っています。
が、著作権を放棄した訳ではございません。
何より、パトロンを募るなど「出資者を得るために拙作およびその加工物を無断で使用する」場合は営利目的と見なさざる得ず、著作権保有者として警告及び法的な措置を取らせて頂く場合がございます。
決して、有料での取引を見込んだ作品に私の作品および作品の一部を利用しないでください。
ニッチな界隈である以上、あまり口うるさい態度を取って自由を委縮させるようなことは私の本意ではございません。
何卒、ご理解とご協力を心よりお願い申し上げます。

In Tumblr and overseas support site "Patreon", there appeared a person who changed the heart which I drew in the past as "Material" and used it by falsifying that it was made by him, and I witnessed the case which recruited the patron.
Basically, as long as it's not for profit (And unless it's a malicious infringement of another's work,), I’m taking the stance that turning past creations into GIFs or collages 'tacit approval'.
However, I have not waived the copyright.
Above all, I may take warning and legal action as a copyright holder, regarding patronage "aimed at gaining financial benefit" as a profit-making purpose.
PLEASE DO NOT USE my work or any part of my work for profit without my permission.
As a niche neighborhood, I don't want to be too picky about those freedom.
