Greetings from here to there!

It has been a strong month out here. I hope you're all staying safe both indoors and outdoors (whichever you find yourself in). I have a newsletter of what we've been up to this month, and I'm here to deliver that to you.

CMRN and Michael released a new episode of GAME STUDIES STUDY BUDDIES this month. Taking us back into the "canon" of game studies, they read Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience. They did not enjoy it, but you can have a great time listening to them work through how the philosophical and conceptual basis of flow sneaks in all kinds of, shall we say, sub-optimal things. It's bad.

SWORD COAST: COAST 2 COAST continues, but it is barreling toward a campaign conclusion. The party has recorded all of it and it will continue coming out week-by-week. It'll probably last until the middle of July or so before going on an extended hiatus. I hope you enjoy the most recent episodes of this D&D actual play podcast! Listen here. 

TOO MUCH FUTURE keeps the big ones coming. Broken Hills is an extremely weird area that comes with a big content warning. In the next ep, the crew headed to New Reno for some gambling and crime family action. In the episode, we talk a lot about his this section of Fallout 2 predicts parts of New Vegas and try to figure out how this area works on a conceptual level. They're both jam-packed episodes, and some surprising stuff is coming up.

We're continuing to stream every Thursday over at twitch.tv/rangedtouch. This week CMRN finished up Skyrim, which he will never play again, and the VOD will go up on YouTube soon. 

Last month we also did PREPARE TO GIVE 2, our charity event where we raise money for causes we believe in. This time we "beat" Morrowind in an incredible 13 hour journey. You can watch the video where Danni guides CMRN through the game here, and you can see the back half where Austin Walker joins up for the grand finale. We want to thank all of the community members from the bottoms of our hearts for making this possible, and we're always on the lookout for what the next game will be. Here's the first half and here's the second.

Finally, the VICE CITY LP episode is a little delayed this month, but will be coming this week. It's in the editing process and we just ran out of time!

The RANGED TOUCH MONTHLY PODCAST will also be a little late, but it is also recorded and almost ready!

Both CMRN and Michael have new video series' coming out over the summer, so please keep an eye out for some new shortform stuff.
