Lots of dev responded here. No citation other than it seems to emerge from "user stories" in UI/UX and was developed via EA then into Ubi in this specific form, probably a lot of places. https://x.com/ckunzelman/status/1544761393089486848

Or is it part of something you're still writing? It was an odd coincidence because a friend was also just talking about the term and was also struggling to find out what people meant by it. Thanks!
