One thing you could try is blocking comments on your TikTok. Block dude, man, boy, femboy, etc. some people will still try to get around it but it could help

I think its because it's a joke that you started, from my understanding. So people assume that you think it's funny/are okay with it. And no one will judge you for not being okay with it. I mean they are literally calling you the opposite gender most people would hate it.
