October Update.

Been another busy month. Had to fire someone last time I updated, had one staff member laid off for a week due to a cancer scare and is now on a vacation until next week, so I've been running around like crazy doing interviews for new employees and dealing with one our busiest times of the year. Oh, and I woke up sweating with a fever last night- fun.

But that's not good enough to keep me from dropping off like a fly again! I got samples for you all to dig into before we get to eating! I may have been rammed with a lot of work these last few weeks but I did have enough time to squeeze in to get some Sneak Peeks for ya.

Orders are piling up at my home kitchen and things are pretty hectic this round. Had to bump up the ticket times by quite a bit in order to manage just enough to get something out, ya know? It has no way anything to do with being distracted by other matters slipping in when I should be writing.

...I lost my chance to score Ceaser King in ZZZ. There might be a little extra saltiness in my dishes for a while from all the tears. Eh, things are heating up, so let's see if I can get Burnice White instead.

It's a spooky month but as an adult, I only care about the after-parties, handing out treats on my porch with a bag of gummy worms of my own to munch on, and sitting back with an entire box of pizza after with some old school horror movie. I still got the kitchen lit up in the background of it all, so don't worry, I still got more dishes coming out to ya...once I've subdued this damn fever.
