Riot's Summer Outfit

This is the BETA for Riot's Summer Outfit, a simple crop top and shorts.
There's 3 options (No Shoes - Converse & Socks - Boots)
The Socks do use a few from Tactical Combat Sjockstrap with 3 new ones. I'll be making more new ones pre-release
You will need the Clothing Crafter's workbench if you use the CCW override, duh
Updates:
- Fixed weighting
- Added a Longer Tee option with some colours
- Renamed Recipe Filter to TBOS-RIOTSUMMER
