Added 2016-04-18 03:50:09 +0000 UTCThe centre panel was a lot of fun. Since Chitz works via a sort of khert-driven sonar, First Materials are invisible to Matty. Khert-lines don't intersect them, so any First Materials just come up as white blanks in his "vision." This does result in Duane's eyes being creepy blanks and Boo being a white silhouette, but it can't be helped.
Skull-faced Duane isn't as creepy when he's limned in tutti-frutti colours :3

Oh my god! I didn´t realise Kissfist Baxter was mentioned outside of the printed story! Discovering so many subtle things with this reread.
