Bastion's a little touchy with Rahm, hmm? The way Rahm almost literally runs away from him in the next panel is indicative of a past relationship that Rahm does not wish to be dragged kicking and screaming into again.
Yes, Bastion's just a little too Hugh Hefner in that robe. He's bad at keeping his hands to himself.
