Lord Ufal, her chancellor, would chastize her for this if he wasn't rather terrified of her. Queen Sonorie has never liked being told what to do.
They are of course referencing the disaster in Ethelmik which took place about a week ago. It hasn't been publically addressed yet, which would be what Ufal's speech is for.
