A friend was fortuitously playing Bloodborne while I drew this page, which really helped tune me into the mad scientist vibe. We'll briefly go back twenty-five years into the past on the next page. This place triggers some memories.

You're amazing, BizzAnon. If you ever host a panel or a class, I'd attend even if it wouldn't directly benefit me. And Georgian dancing is stunning!

Alright, this is incoming here because it'd be about twelve posts on Tumblr and I can't be arsed to split it up or deal with Tumblr's bizarre hatred of ask links. So we're into week two of the doldrums, and I'm keeping track of your average in and your daily. Bad news on that front: this is actually the worst week of any of your KS's, the average daily is down in the 300-500 range over the past few days, unprecedentedly low for you (you have been unnaturally consistent in the thousand-dollar-a-day range). Can I suggest a few things? Basically, a miniature ad campaign, one that will cost barely any money, just to see what we can drum up. I suggest a single daily post on all social media - FB, Twitter and Tumblr - using the main KS launch comic you did. Once a day, probably about 6 - 7PM, just to keep interest up and catch any of the more casual fans who may not be paying that much attention. Once a day is not irritating or intrusive, and a lot of users of those sites watch so many things that it's very easy to miss individual updates. Spike of Iron Circus Comics does this when she has KS's, and Spike is pretty wildly successful as independent creators/publishers go. You should also make a quick Imgur gallery promoting it - you got a LOT of referrers from Imgur when somebody posted the first few chapters there. Slap in some cover pages, some links to the comic page, the KS comic, a link to the KS campaign, all pretty basic. If you want to invest a little cash into it, Facebook sells extremely targeted ads for basically nothing - you can launch a mini ad campaign in the $40-50 campaign, and FB can target to an absolutely unreal extent. It's definitely worth it - if this trend continues, I'd be worried about reaching 80k, and if it does, it'd happen so late in the campaign that most people who want a triple bundle wouldn't have the time to realize it was available and pledge for it, meaning less money in your pocket - and potentially missing 80k entirely. You can read more about a little FB ad campaign here; https://www.facebook.com/business/help/132037906870538. I'd use unsounded, fantasy, comic, webcomic, kickstarter as your targeted interests, and shoot for click-throughs to the KS page. I can't stress how incredibly easy it is to run an FB mini ad campaign, and your out of pocket cost is downright trivial for a potential return. If you have any demo data on your readers, you can use that in targeting your ads (I know you don't track your traffic, but you do have, for instance, the shipping data from your previous KS's, or from purchases made in your online store?) It'll take at most an hour to set up, and I really do encourage doing it. I know self-promotion is anathema to you, but you are a small business and hitting 80k in this KS is a big goal to get your inventory levels back up. It's way better to be proactive now than try and do something about it in the last week of the KS. Also, I absolutely hate being wrong, and if this week's daily averages hold I very well may be. Unrelated: if the Aldish are slated to dance like Russians, why not Georgians? Bit more militaristic, absolutely fascinating, and a very clear gender divide that works well for the Alds. Also, halfway through some hot dudes try to murder each other in an extremely cinematic way. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dH9176AdLFk . Or something that could be worked into a vliegeng dance (gliding steps, emphasis on arm gestures): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=anssihqTdoU
