We'll pick up on Monday back in the present day. Duane needs a metaphorical breather from his tale, and his audience has a few comments. Like: "I thought this story was about the salt lizard, you stupid spiderpaw." No, Nanna, no! Didn't you read the title page? It's called "The Brothers Adelier!"

Brilliance. I knew they'd have to fall through the earth at some point, in order to get to the caverns/lizards, but you got them there in such an epic, tragic and unexpected way. Poor Jon. We hardly knew ye. 😭 I really hope the rest of the kids get a safe landing.
