Sette expected this girl to tell her to suck it up, get over herself, and keep walking - not do anything as simple or as kind as suggest an alternate route. It's a pretty tiny thing but she's a little dumbfounded.
Sette was scared of the skulls when they first arrived at the shrine too. She made an excuse to double back and look for Duane rather than have to follow the other kids inside, past their eyeless gaze. The first thing she saw when she fell into the khert and went digging, as well, was the memory of an ancient twin sacrifice ceremony. Weird~
