Comments

If I wanted trying making some tutorial videos about 4.0 mechanics, where should I start? Lorerim is such a massive project, with tons of new features and content, that for a beginner, it can feel quite overwhelming. And while there are some good tutorials, there is also a ton of knowledge that is not explained in easily found guides. I was thinking about starting with showcasing the differences between weapon types, what skills they use, how does the material and honing affect them etc. So, before I waste some time, I have a few questions. - Is there an easier way of getting or spawning all base weapons of the same category? I.e. ’All base (unenchanted, not named) spears’, ’all base iron weapons’, ’all base weapons using one-handed skill’? Or is the console way to go? - How is the damage calculated on a weapon? Is the attack speed calculated in damage stat displayed? For example, will a dagger with damage of 10 and speed 2 do more damage than sword with damage 10 and speed 1 if they land all their attacks in the same period or does the dagger do double? Disregarding all other factors. - Is there a good, up to date guide/doc etc for understanding this and the other stats like stagger and reach? Another guide I want to do is about difficulty and accessibility. - For all the factors that affect difficulty, are there new ones in 4.0? The Gameplay menu difficulty, Requiem difficulty and Requiem lite settings are the ones I have been tweaking lately. What are the effects of these? Should I mention other settings that can be adjusted to make the game difficulty more to player preference? - Does Lorerim add any mods that add specific accessibility features? I saw the question in Disco about the phobia. - Are there any good mods that you know of that add such features? Colorblind mode? Mods for easier command input? Others? - Is there an up to date video for low skill tweakers on how to make the ENB less dark or otherwise change the settings? I managed it, but it took some effort and most enb setting videos had out of date info. I know you are super busy. And I am thankful for the work that hou do. I also feel that Lorerim deserver and would benefit from more tutorials and guides available outside the Discord. Once I have a script or two, could you or someone who understandshow the modpack works glance over the game mechanic I will include bits? So I don’t spred false info.
