2023-12-21 17:18:21 +0000 UTCthe animation is actually an artistic choice. the animators went with a style where it seems like your watching a movie that came strait from a fairy tale picture book. they did the same with the 'spider-verse' and 'ninja turtles the next mutation' movies, going for a more comic book feel and animation. also, perrito translates to 'small dog' similar to 'gattito' being 'small cat'. not sure if i spelled the second one right though.

2023-12-21 13:44:08 +0000 UTCOkay so besides the conscience obviously being a parody of Jiminy Cricket, the voice is modeled after actor Jimmy Stewart. Also the "Magic Nanny Bag" is a nod to Mary Poppins.
