So, about that "McDonald's v. "that lady" case", the fact that the public's opinion is swayed towards McDonald's shows how powerful their PR team is. If you read about the case, you'd know that the woman was not at fault, the coffee she ordered was way too hot, and all she wanted was for McDonald's to cover her hospital bills because she had injured her genitals and had to get surgery, and even then, McDonald's got away with paying way less than what she sued them for. But she's painted as a selfish woman who should've been more careful.
