Cruella De Vil is on the prowl again, plotting with her fashion designer sidekick to steal more helpless little dogs. Supposedly cured of her penchant for spotty coats, De Vil is released from prison. However, when she discovers that her parole officer's boyfriend runs an animal shelter that has fallen on hard times, she pretends she wants to help out in order to get to the dogs.

This one was really bad to me compared to the 1996 film. At least with that one they did more with the story than the animated film, despite the 3rd act John Hughes Home Alone slapstick. Correction This film was nominated for the Oscar for Best Costume Design, but lost to Gladiator for the award.
