Bread?! 

Yes. Bread. Read labels. Bread has sugar and surprisingly the same amount found in a donut. Now, if you had to choose, the bread likely has a few extra healthier things about it. But, if you really have gotten to the point that sugar has a hold on you, get bread without the sugar! Read your labels. Look for "added" sugars on the nutrition panel.
