Non-Sugary Snacks

Hello! 

I got a question regarding snacks and thought I'd share this.

Some people don't want to have to assemble anything. If that is the case then you can do things like trail mix (without the M&Ms), string cheese, nuts, hummus with cucumber slices (or whatever vegetable), guacamole with veggies or whole grain crackers, hard boiled eggs, jerky.

Those are just some ideas to get you going! :)
