Hi my wonderful friend in the Health Tier :). You are my Top Tier and I need your help.
I'm here in my kitchen with a real life moment. I am always in ballet form it seems lol. I am making a smoothie (sugar-free mind you ;). BUT I needed to ask for your input.
As I work on my plan for next month, I need to hear from you.
Currently, I have been posting a video at the start of the week and daily posts.
What do you find helpful for health? and what area do you want help with?
I have a couple options for February but need to plan so which is more helpful for you?:
🔥Plant based (more veggies) food focused month
🔥Exercise focused month
🔥Mental Heath focused month
Here are some options for how I can format it:
🔥A livestream Q&A
🔥Prerecorded videos with information and/or me answering questions you might have
🔥Posts about what to eat/recipes/tips/me exercising/me posting my workouts/me posting my mental health wins and losses
OR just throw out what you'd be interested in.
I do need to maintain my own sanity :) so I am trying to focus on what I can do without stretching too thin but you all know this is my favorite thing in the world to do so thank you for being here in this tier with me!
