Life 180
Added 2022-02-16 12:00:05 +0000 UTCThere is a lifestyle nutrition program called Life 180. I love that. I love being “all in” and changing our lives for the better.
As people go through the program, they are given information on how to eat better and exercise, how to relieve stress and so on. As they put in all the key components, life does indeed change for the better.
It made me think of how God gives us this Life 180 approach every single day.
One of my favorite verses is “His mercies are new every morning.” Lamentations 3:22
Every day He gives us the chance to reset, refresh, and go in a new direction of needed.
Of course, with On Fire Fit, this is always my aim too. I love to see how changes in all the areas of being “Fit” can help us do an about face and live better.
More than anything, though, we have to believe that despite slip ups, sins and severe downhill slopes, He is still there to scoop us up and set us back on our feet.
May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word. - 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17

After reading Life 180 this morning, I figured I need to challenge myself to feel the same about these at the end of the day as I did at the beginning at 7 AM. Well the day wore on me but I did challenge myself to thing about the post and return to it to immerse once more. Just need to get better every day. This is totally not the reason I joined. But WOW what a bonus. And you are less expensive than adding to the collection plate at a physical location. 😀. I will get my much overdue scripture here. The vessel doesn't matter as long as we hear the Lord's voice. Thank you for broadcasting for us to hear.
