Oh that sugar! It gets us every time! But, the good news is that you can break the cravings by going off sugar for a period of time.
In the groups that I have led, most people notice the cravings diminish after about a week.
This plan will take us through 3 weeks.
You choose either the Hard Core or Hello Kitty version :). These are explained in detail in the attached file.
Hard Core means no fake sugars, no sugar sugars, zero sugar whatsoevah!
Hello Kitty means you just avoid obvious sugars like sugary drinks, donuts, cake, cookies.
Both are going to be good for you but only Hard Core will break the cravings.
This week we will focus on what to do and how to plan so that you are ready when we start on Jan 10th!
