Good morning,

My friend Pastor Jim has been talking about how Love is a Force. I have mentioned this in different ways but he was praying to God about Love and God revealed to him that His love is greater than Agape Love. Agape Love can be defined as: a pure, willful, sacrificial love that intentionally desires another’s highest good.

We think of that as the best type of love. But God showed him that His love is even more than that. It is like gravity. It holds everything together. It is a force, it is unexplainable, it is elusive to most of the world which wants to pin everything down and control it.

But God’s love is above all, in all and can only be revealed when we get rid of the junk that interferes…..ego, rules that keep us focused on our performance, frustrations with temporary things….and on and on.

How amazing to be able to grasp even a tiny bit of that concept! How even more amazing that we are the recipients of that Love!

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39
