Workout Week: Day 1 Weights

Hi guys!

Just in case you need a kick in the pants to workout and also as a bonus, this saves my jaw!

This week we will do a 10 minute workout each day this week. I will post at 2am PST/5am EST in case you workout early 😊

Format for the week will be 10 reps with 2 sets of each exercise.

Perfect timing! Just last week I brought my exercising inside because it’s getting too cold. I’m back on my rower and doing light upper body exercises very similar to what you’re doing! As always, still doing my stretching!
