[God’s people] forgot His great love, how He took them by His hand and with redemption’s kiss He delivered them from their enemies. Psalm 78:42
Lord, I am guilty of this just as those in the past. You have delivered me again and again and yet I still forget Your great love and question what I see in front of me.
Forgive me for this shortsightedness.
No word of Yours returns void and I will bank my hope on You and Your promises.
When the world falls apart, You do not. When the enemy comes in tidal waves, I will hold onto You. You are the rock of my salvation.
