I encourage you to actually DO as you watch and come along with me. I mention it later in the video, but there are YouTubers who just sit and study and other people study as they play the video. I believe this is an interesting style of motivation but I believe it has to do with the oxytocin released from connecting with other people and feeling like we are together in this (and we are!) Thanks for coming along with me (and allowing me to rest my jaw :)

But the reason is I am always compelled to devote my full attention. So much deliberate delivery and I am either taking out a notepad or focused on mentally process 😀. It's like plugging into the Matrix. I will resume shortly. Nevertheless, thank you for whatever you do regardless of video runtime or spoken word count. The smile on the thumbnail is sacrifice enough. Risking a little discomfort for your flock is duly noted.
