Good morning!

I’ve mentioned before that one of my all-time favorite verses is Romans 8:28. It is particularly beautiful in the Passion Translation:

So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together for good, for we are his lovers who have been called to fulfill his designed purpose. Romans 8:28 TPT

This is something I hold fast to when the details of life feel like they are either way too much or not enough! Some days the details feel overwhelming. Other days I am praying for God to give me details on what I am supposed to do with this, that or the other!

But then when I read that every detail is woven together for good, it reminds me that He is watching over every little thing. I can run to Him when the details feel like too much. I can pray knowing that He will give me the details I need when I need them. And if I’m not getting those details, well there’s a reason for that too! I can slow down, remember that He has a purpose and that I can be sure it is good because I love Him.

Whatever details you are going through and whatever details you may need, love God and trust that He is all about the details. He weaves them all together for your good!
