Divine Help

Through adversity, uncertainty and unanswered questions, I have found that the Lord is my divine Helper. Our heart is often equated with our emotional part of us and I know from repeated lessons that my emotions need help many, many times as I go through all the things that life brings.
God has this way of leaning into those emotional parts and healing them, revealing what is underneath them and guiding me into a safe and secure place. He is freedom. He is safety. He is our help.
Whatever you are trying to handle yourself, stop right there. Who do you think you are? Lol.
You need divine Help. I know Who to ask for that. The Lord God! He is your answer!
You know I’m preachin to the choir. I need to hear that too. So many times I think I’m asking God for help but I’m really just trying another version of my own help yet again! Thankfully, He can handle that too. Praise God for His tender love and mercy!

Then all of a sudden our life turns into a circus, and we are the ringmaster. It is hard to take our hands off the wheel, and let God drive the bus, but when we do we learn what freedom and real peace truly is. Thanks Sis, We the Choir need direction more than we will admit.
