Fully Embrace God

Every one of us gets to choose whom we will serve. Whether we live for our own interests or for a greater purpose is up to us—and what that greater purpose is also depends on our choices. When we fully embrace God with our lives, giving him the worship and honor he deserves, we align ourselves with his kingdom.

The kingdom of God is eternal, full of light, love, and truth. There is wisdom beyond our understanding and resources of joy, hope, and grace to fill our lives. There is so much more available in God than we could provide for ourselves. May we press into his presence, seeking to live by his kingdom ways above our own. Whatever we do, may we know that we get to choose, and it’s never too late to choose differently.

Yahweh, you know my strengths and my weaknesses. Nothing about me is hidden from you. I want to choose your ways over my own. Empower me by your Spirit to live according to your kingdom’s wisdom.
