Misty being a big fan of Lorelei was looking up to meeting her after a long time of her last visit to the Cerulean city gym. Once meeting with Lorelei, it crossed thru Misty's mind how awesome Lorelei is and how she wishes she could be like her. Someone should have told Misty to be careful what you wish for as it became true but with a bit of a monkey's paw by body swapping them.
