Watching Blizzard: A weekend? Where did that come from?
Added 2018-06-02 00:10:59 +0000 UTCI don't know how it's the end of the day, much less the end of the week. But somehow it is, and so we're going to take a look at today's news as well as a look back on the week.
It's a tough grind to get 100 exalted reputations
- And the reward is a little disappointing.
- ...or, as Adam labeled it in the headline "worse than a participation award." I don't know if it's worse, but it's certainly not any better.

I don't usually link the Queue here, but...
- After all, we do the Queue every day, and it's as much about the conversation in the comments as it is about the actual post. But Rossi's introduction about Paladins in today's Queue is really something special.

Highlights from the week
- Anduin’s trying to save the world in this Before the Storm preview. The novel's nearly here, so be sure to pre-order it!
- I'm not going to miss the frustration of the Mage Tower challenges, but I will miss the chance to get some of those awesome appearances. Ted took a look at why Blizzard is killing Mage Tower appearances.

The weekend in esports
- Catch some Hearthstone action at Dreamhack this weekend. Even if you aren't a big Hearthstone player, these streams are kind of soothing to watch. It's like the golf of esports.
- I don't know much about StarCraft, but I do know that's happening at Dreamhack this weekend too.
- And, of course, Overwatch League wraps up week 3 tonight and tomorrow. There are just two more weeks of matches before playoff season, and at this point every match counts.
