Tabard Rep rewards in dungeons feel somewhat broken. I get maximum rep when I do not outlevel content by more than 10 levels, e.g. a level 110 character gets maximum rep for running heroic Warlords of Draenor dungeons. Heroic BC and WotLK dungeons give roughly 75% of that rep, but Heroic MoP and Cata dungeons only give about 20%, so MoP and Cata dungeons feel not worth running.
