Watching Blizzard: Gnome life in a single photo

Yeah. The world is like this all the time.

But I guess I can’t dwell on that. Instead, I’ll dwell on how we’re one day closer to Battle for Azeroth. Soon, we will have arrived in a new expansion. So rush rush rush to get all of your last minute tasks done… because we’re coming down to the last second now.

But while we wait for the expansion to arrive, let’s take a look at everything that’s happened since we last had a chance to reminisce. Which is a lot. And I do mean a lot.

What!!!

• No one expected this, but there are more BlizzCon tickets going on sale. If you were still hoping to snag some tickets, be ready to buy on August 18.

New Diablo!? New Diablo!

• After years of waiting, the Diablo team has announced they’re working on not just one something, but two somethings. Talk about feast or famine for Diablo fans.
• But we still don’t know what they’re working on. They say we’ll find out later this year. (Maybe at Gamescom this month?)

• Here’s how to untangle the story and figure out just what’s going on in Azeroth.

Summer has started in Overwatch!

• That means amazing summer skins. Really, really amazing summer skins.
• Our favorite is still Waveracer D.Va, though. And if the fan art is any indication, it’s your favorite too.

Ready for some esports?

• HGC Western Clash is happening this weekend, and you can earn loot boxes just by tuning in. Win/win.
• And speaking of the Western Clash, we had a chat with super chill pro-player Khroen. It gives an interesting look behind the scenes of an HGC team shooting for success.
• HCT Germany is also happening this weekend, and though the time zones don’t mesh with U.S. viewers, I’m interesting to see the first tournament post Boomsday.

Battle for Azeroth is just around the corner

• And so are the Mythic dungeons. They open just after weekly reset, so players on North American realms can dive into Mythics on the 14th. But I don’t know… I may need to sleep in that day.
