Uh, the Dragonmaw bases are still friendly to Horde - if you did the Twilight Highlands unlock quests. What Joe describes is actually the state of Dragonmaw Port BEFORE we help Zaela overthrow Mor'ghor, as he probably went there on a newer character that didn't quest there. Bloodgulch is unphased, though, as it contains the reputation vendor.
