I absolutely loved having Marcus back and doing what he does best. He gives such a great opinion on things. Although I may not always agree, he's brilliant to listen to especially alongside Mr. Pachter. It's great to see he's recovering from his medical scare and still has the passion for this industry. Is there any chance Marcus could have his own show on Siftd even if partly? You all seem to have great chemistry and the Annoyed Gamer/ Pach attack episodes (as well as invisible walls) were my favourite shows on GameTrailers. I would easily go up another tier if it meant there was more of Marcus. Great episode anyway, so thank you.

2018-04-12 13:14:16 +0000 UTCat 27:25 Marcus is saying "if you would have asked me 10 years ago, I'd be in the same boat, 5 years, the same boat" I really thought he was building up to a joke about the fact that they were literally in the same boat, missed opportunity! re: crunch causing burnout.. a union solution would probably be a band aid.. any company that burns out it's employees will suffer the consequences (be it an inferior product, high staff turnover, talent flight etc.) a smart company takes care of it's employees.. maybe that means hiring extra staff during crunch time rather than placing *all* the burden on the existing valuable team members.. I think the solution to crunch needs to come from the bottom up, successful developers/studios/publishers who figure out the best ways to keep staff happy+create a quality product on-time -- there is no so magic button solution, top down government regulators/unions probably won't get the results we want, as Pach says, most likely it will just kill the jobs/industry in the USA.
