Hello Pach & Siftd. :-) In PF 158, you said consumers will always go with what they are with, what they know - Xbox customers stay with Xbox in the next gen, Sony customers stay with Sony. I believe that Microsoft banked on this very thing with the XB One strategy, they thought they could bundle Kinect and make the software locked etc and people would stay with them despite the higher pricing they had to know they were going with because of the extra (unnecessary) inclusion of the Kinect hardware - and it failed. Clearly, brand loyalty only goes so far. Now the console 'war' is Sony's to lose... what do you think are the chances that Sony has not learned from this, gets overconfident, and similarly messes up with PS5 the way Microsoft did with XB One?
