SIFTD Monthly Twitch Prime Reminder

Twitch Prime has really been great for us in the past. It's created an extra revenue stream that has allowed us to keep operating. But over the last few months our Twitch Prime revenue has been in a freefall. We're not sure why, but a lot of you have just quit subscribing. Unfortunately, this revenue isn't an extra pile of cash. We need it to operate. So we're humbly asking you to please take the 20 seconds and re-subscribe this month. The holidays are here and so, like everyone else, our expenses are increasing. It would be a huge help to us and we appreciate it. It doesn't cost you anything but a couple seconds of your time. 

Twitch and Amazon Prime allow our fans to give us free money by simply linking their Twitch account to their Amazon Prime account and subscribing to our Twitch channel. If you do that we get $2.50 per month at no charge to you. If you've already done this in the past, consider this a friendly reminder (nudge) to re-subscribe at our Twitch channel!

If you're a subscriber or patron and wish you could give a little more but can't afford to, this is a way to bump up your amount at no charge to you. For spending less than a minute of your time each month you can give us an extra $2.50. It adds up!

The sign-up process is easy. You have to do it the first time, but never again. After that you just have to subscribe to our Twitch channel every month, which takes a couple seconds. For first-timers here's how the process works:

1. Create an account on Twitch if you haven't already.

2. Link your Twitch and Amazon Prime Accounts

Go to: https://gaming.amazon.com/

Select connect your Twitch account.

Sign in to your Amazon.com account.

Sign in to your Twitch account and then select Confirm.

3. Subscribe to SIFTD's Channel

Now go here and click the purple Subscription drop-down on the right side of the page.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the drop-down and check the box for Use Prime Sub. Click the purple Subscribe with Prime button and you're done! You have to re-subscribe every month, but you won't have to link your accounts ever again.

That's it! As mentioned, every month you have to visit our channel page and click the purple drop-down on the right side of the page to give us your free subscription, but you'll never have to go through the setup process again. We'll be bumping this article every month to serve as a reminder.

In addition, linking your Twitch and Amazon Prime accounts will give you free games, free cosmetic items for some of the biggest games on the market, and special flair on Twitch when you're chatting with other sifters during any of our streams!
