Weekly Update - 19th of May

Hey friends!

So I forget if I said, but I'm doing these on Friday mornings now, so that I can ensure I make time for them and make them routine - the word of my life right now, and the bane of it - so as to always keep you updated on what is happening.

Which at the moment has unfortunately been consistently slowed. To give some insight: I am currently trying to tame the belligerent toddler that is my ADHD brain into accepting a routine that includes such - shock-horror - marvels as meditation, hygiene, exercise, starting work, cleaning my surroundings, but it's exhausting and while I've no desire to give up it does currently feel like one step forwards and two steps back.

I had an amazing Tuesday! But the other days this week have been a pain, and last week seemed to be the start of a great improvement but it's almost as if every victory I get in wrangling myself into some kind of routine - and I bloody need routine - results in the loss of the other components entirely. So last week I had meditation down-pat, and this week...I've had nothing at all. Yay.

But today I've started reasonably well - to give an example, I am going to set a time to meditate, 8:30am, but it somehow was 9:50 before I knew it and now I'm only just getting this admin stuff down - but it's better than yesterday's non-start, and I must be positive.

Today my focus is going to be on finishing that bloody bunny-girl story, and doing as much work on the various things that I've been so slow in releasing. I had a really good start on the dark-elf part of the Adventuring story, so I figure I can leave that until next week and hopefully get it done for next Friday, but we shall see! But these delayed things - I mean, the really delayed ones, Bunny-Girl and Irina - are bothering me, so they're my focus right now. I am optimistic, however, that there will yet be several stories out before the end of the month!

I'm going to put a poll up on Monday for the post-Irina story, and as it's been a while all the options (bar Irina) will be there. And then polls will be part of recent memory and I will apply the old rule. But I digress.
