Added 2021-04-19 05:21:58 +0000 UTCWell, some of you have asked what equipment I use to create my artwork. So here is a glimpse into my working day. It starts around 4 am usually with a mug of coffee (strong, 2 spoons of instant at least). This is for checking all the stats and emails, requests. Some people have issues with passwords, site entrances and other queries. I handle this personally and make sure I write to each customer individually & fix the problem. I try to accommodate people as much as possible. This is very important and maybe one reason for me being successful in this industry from the late '90s.
For you Tech People: (boring stuff for some ;)
My system is basically:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz Processor 16GB of DDR4. I am using an SSD HD to run all the programs and a selection of externals for all the work. With a backup drive (only ever used manually). The Infinity tower has a water cooling system and 6 fans to keep it cool. Plus the 3 fans on the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super GPU. This year I am going for a larger processor and a memory upgrade. The other tool that I dearly love is the very accurate Razer Death Adder mouse. My new Razer Galiathus Extended Chroma mouse mat is as smooth as silk.
Towering in front of me is a pair of Curved 22" 1920x1080 rez monitors. This helps out now because my eyes are not what they used to be.
Apart from that, you will notice I keep a Smartphone & Tablet there for checking sites and pictures. (Don't trust software). A small shopping cart to keep all my small bits n pieces in, like flash drives, high lighters, pens etc.
Most of my work is achieved using Daz3d software and Macromedia Fireworks for post rendering. I also use a few other programs and play (test) a lot of software.
