The show is football themed with commentary making a million stupid references. The ring looks like a football field, the ref is dressed like a line judge, and a collegiate band in the crowd. The first match is a multiple man tag team match with unique rules. The winner of this will get the “Lombardi Trophy!” Also, a replay of the Arkansas Hog Pen match between Triple H and Henry O Godwin! The main event featured a very short match between Diesel and King Mabel! Plus, the show ends with the first ever “Wrestling War Room” skit poking fun at WCW, The Hukster, and the Nacho Man!

Backstory: The billionaire ted skits was crazy and funny, vince even went as far as to put an ad on the wall street journal and the NY Times about Turner's stock losing money to funnel against wwf because of the Monday Night War. Ted Turner loved it but on the other hand USA Network hated it and wanted it off the air because it crossed the line too much with ted's real life "shady tactics" in business which got vince sued in 1998. But it did get us a final match with "Huckster" vs "Nacho Man" at WM 12 pre-show complete with MST3K parody with vince and king talking silhouettes, watch that one it's funny.
