I named the subject "Melinda" , after my late mother's ancestor, Melinda is able to maintain
a semi-tangible corporeal form but her cognitive functions seem to be limited.

She can respond to simple sentences and is able to imitate certain actions through observation. At first I thought she could read since she seemed fascinated with my old books, but it turns out she just like looking at the ones with illustrations. I tried to ask her what she remembers from her previous life or what she saw from the great beyond but she does not seem to understand the question.

When I performed that ritual with Hakob I was expecting to get a mindless obedient spectre that will do my every bidding, instead what I got is Melinda which is an enigma even to me.

I feel like I am dealing with a toddler.....
