NGL, but you got the Worst Versions of -like- ALL these food. Quiche Lorraine is amazing, it's basically a bacon and ham omelette with cheese in a crust, but it's pretty bleagh when cold. The best things to get in France, according to my cousin who went there on a school transfer, is the fresh bread, the pastries, and the crepes. Especially the savory crepes, which they called "le gallete". I have no idea what that means, but that's a thing I guess.
