Wip mini-mod? 🚧 (changed release date to Winter/Spring 2026)

I want to release this mod when the bands pack comes out later this year. Of course this is allegedly from speculations💀! If there’s no bands pack, then I will still release the mod autumn 2025!

Happy Friday!!! I’m here to update you on what I’ve been working on 🫡🤭💕💕

If you watch my YouTube LP The Climb, I have a sim in the drama program and he’s going on a trip to Del Sol Valley with his classmates and I wanted to create a mod, where he can take a selfie with the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I remember I felt this way when I saw his wife go on her class trip with the art program students and I knew I wanted to experiment to see if such can be created… I love that this journey of modding allows me to try to go out of my comfort zone.

Your sims can now take a picture with the “celebrity tile” aka the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In game, it’s called celebrity tile, so I will just use the name in game, but the mod will be called “Take Selfie with Hollywood Walk of Fame” 📸

I used the selfie feature sims can take with oversized crops from cottage living and just attached it to this object. Yes, your sims can go into camera mode and it comes with buffs for the experience. Lastly, your sim can add the picture to their story directly and your sim will take a picture of it.

This buff is for paranoid sims and some other traits I find similar to it.

This buff is for squeamish and neat sims or sims who find neatness as a turn on.

This buff is for level 1 and 2 celebrities

Yes, child sims can take a selfie in camera mode and get 6 unique buffs I made for them. So far the mod has over 23 buffs.

I may add a buff or two for add to simsta story? 👀

I also have unique vacation buffs for sims who are on vacation. This was made possible thanks to my amazing friend Tasha who taught me the code for it.

Bonus wip 🚧:

I worked on love language mod’s buff for fulfilment. From now on, if your sim completes a love language want, they’ll get a fulfilment buff. I have other interaction and buff ideas to work on in the next few weeks. I’m trying to post a 6-month anniversary update.
