. . . local Supermarket discounted malt. A great price.

Personally I have had little joy when purchasing from supermarkets. My most recent purchase was the Glenmorangie 12 year old The Lasanta. I think I paid about £30 for it. Its perfectly pleasant but the taste disappears almost as soon as you swallow. I just found the experience too short and a bit one dimensional. Currently i'm drinking it with a bit of Lagavulin 8yo added but I think i'm wasting my Lagavulin. Just my opinion but I really must learn to stop visiting the end of the ailse in the supermarket. Cheers all and thanks Ralfy.

. . . with plenty going on in the event, take it slowly and the bottle should open-up over the next few months. Good luck.

Hallo and greetings to all,
Ralfy thanks for all of your videos and foir stating everyone shuld get their own beerigns.
I owned a independent bottle of Jura from my local shop. and opend it for this review. My first bottle of Jura, so no experience here.
It´s 14 years old, non chill filtered and botteld at 53,0% matured in 1st fill Bourbon
To my taset i like the maturation in the bourbon cask, ist got saltines, nuts (maybe the walnut but not shure),
Hints of vanilla, Floral notes, but i have to try more and give it time.
Greetings from Austria,
Gernot
