Thank you for sharing this video with us. It felt a view into a therapy session and a personal conversation between friends that didn’t have to be made public. I really appreciate your honesty and it’s true that seeing this could help someone in a tough spot. Actually, Icesis’ story was what helped me through a rough time (but don’t worry, will never trauma dump that on her if we ever meet 😂). So glad to hear you’re doing better in a good space now.
