First big update in a while, I finally had a bit of time to work on these things you all have been requesting!

Gallery mode! You can now toggle a grid only containing posts with images for any given column (except Notifications and Scheduled); images with content warnings are blurred!
Custom column name and icon! This has been a long time coming, you can finally rename a column's name or change its icon! For now, no upload of custom icons, but you can select from all Material Design icons!
Better list support! You can now see the lists created by a determined profile. Clicking on any list embed or link will now show an updated view that allows you to block/mute/unsubscribe, edit/manage if it's your own list or add it as a column if it's a curated list! You're now finally able to see the members of a list, too.
Minor fixes: bigger post action icons, not showing replies/likes/reposts count if it's zero, fixed GIPHY links once again; redesigned the profile window a bit.
