Need. Two aspects. Each choice and inner state is multiplied by evolution over time. 1. When you say: “I need love,” then over time this need will be greater. And if you have established self-sufficiency, then there will be no painful addiction. There will be a desire for love, but not a need, not an addiction. 2. Second. Need is something that you have closed in your soul or in your activity or life. You can give it to yourself but you don't do that. Then you will be desperate to receive it from outside.Compensatory mechanism. I can't take it from the inside - I’ll take it from the outside. Or when you choose the need (from outside), your will close your natural source (something from your soul). For example. I do not accept myself and do not evaluate myself, therefore I will seek external recognition and evaluation from people. I do not love myself, I will seek love from other people. Or I decided that someone can teach me wisdom, that the source of my wisdom is outside or the source of my strength is outside - by doing this I immediately block the wisdom of my soul and my source of strength. .... I don't need to listen to anyone. Listen only to yourself. Nobody knows (Except me) what I want, how I want, what I love and what not, how much I care about something or not.
