Next time whenever you feel under the weather instead of drinking green tea, drink lemon tea and add local honey (if available) you can make lemon tea by adding lemon peels and some lemon juice into the boiling water. And the vapor rub works if you rub it on your chest or the bottom of your feet (put socks on after) or just put a shit ton on your nose (not recommended π )
