Iโve been trying to respond to this audio for 2 nights, but I kept falling asleep๐คฃ then I sort of forgot what he said when I woke. It must be very comforting. I do remember something about books and words๐ค thanks for the good night sleep, serendipity๐๐๐ฑ

2023-10-23 12:28:12 +0000 UTCI was ready to fall asleep, darn it! ๐ Entertained and giggly from your stories and the next moment I'm singing along to the bangers of my childhood and adolescence ๐ caught me off guard in the best way ๐ Now I'm 100% convinced we're the same age๐ I saw some videos on TikTok saying "You are now the person your younger self would feel safe with" ๐ณ๐ฅบ I'm sorry? I can't say how often and intensly I've thought about that statement since hearing it. But it's true somehow. And I mean it's more of a none judgemental and supportive way and not a purely protective stance. Sure, that too but you kind of tend to judge your behaviours as a young person way too harshly. But once you get older, there's a point in your life where you can turn these things around and really understand them. That's the point in which you become that safe space for your own inner child. Realising that or doing / having to do the work is one of the hardest but most rewarding things you can manage as a young adult. โค๏ธ I think it's important to embrace the awkwardness, dorkyness or naughtyness we displayed as children because as adults we have the possibility to better understand other kids we come across. May it be our own or not. And we therefore are able to give more usefull advice than what has probably been given to us. Anyway, Thanks for the giggles and bursts of nostalgia through music, Will ๐๐ A joy as always
