1. An organization called Cross-world Operation for Digimon Emergence & Reconnaissance (C.O.D.E.R.) is an organization full of people who are made of data. They are almost no different from humans, but they can enter any network and hack it. Imagine a race of people similar to the protagonist in Digimon Cyber Sleuth. C.O.D.E.R. agents go to different worlds to stop Rogue Digimon and return them to the Digital World.
2. Just a reincarnated person who has a Digimon System.
3. A regular person in Marvel getting a Digimon System.
